For executives who have completed the
Career Tune Up Program, SMARTFORCE will
proactively reverse market them to identified CEOs, boards and other executives with the objective of
securing interest and interviews. This is an amazing way to have a focused impact on companies and to

The Platinum service runs for a period of three months or up to twelve approaches to organisations.
A help desk service is provided which will mentor the person through job interviews and salary negotiations.
