SMARTFORCE Job Capability Analysis is derived from years of experience to help
executives better understand the skills and talents of their staff member.
Practical recommendations are provided on how to improve performance by ensuring
individuals are playing to their talents. The program consists of the following:
Step 1 – Preparation Management
- Management Workshop with SMARTFORCE consultants to develop a SMARTFORCE Employee Blueprint® which elicits:
- Why the business needs this role
- What the role needs to successfully accomplish for the next period
- The display of skills, experiences and behaviours to meet individual, team and organisational performance objectives
Individual
- Conduct on-line talent and hidden talent evaluation
Step 2 - Assessment Individual
- Perform on-line self assessment of skills, experiences and behaviours
- Management performs on-line self assessment of individuals skills, experiences and behaviours
- 2 Hour interview with a SMARTFORCE consultant to objectively assess depth of skill, experience and behaviour going back to past positions
Step 3 – Reports and Recommendations Individual
- Report of talents, hidden talents and drivers
Management
- Recommendations to boost performance
