  • A talent inventory for each person allowing you to make adjustments to improve performance
  • Knowledge of whether the individual is playing to their strengths and wants to (or should) do the job
  • A new understanding of what the real likes (motivations) and dislikes of individuals are and how to get the most out of them
  • Understanding of talents and hidden talents allowing you to conduct superior career planning for the individual
  • Reduction of stress and conflict in the workplace through better understanding of work drivers and aversions of individuals
  • Strategies for each individual helping them tackle any task or situation including working better with their manager
